Kelly is a certified Yoga Teacher, RYT 200 with
Yoga Alliance and studied with the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, P.A. for her Yoga Teacher Training.
Kelly started her personal yoga practice 10 years ago to overcome injuries due to athletic training. Over time, not only did Kelly discover the physical benefits of practicing yoga, she discovered that yoga and meditation rejuvenated and healed her physical and overall well-being.
Kelly believes yoga is a vitally important foundation of a self-care practice, providing a path to creating a deeper connection to oneself.
